Head Trainer

After overcoming my own struggles with weight which came as a result of a high school injury; I decided to get back into shape, as I once was as a high school and college athlete. Getting back on track made it capable to compete in the amateur level as a boxer and later on in the Men’s Health Magazine NYC’s Elite Trainers Open. These personal experiences put me in an unique position to work and fully understand every single client. In addition to being a fully certified personal trainer; I also have an extensive background training clients and this has provided me with the tools, knowledge and passion to help any client. I’ll make sure you’ll pick things up, put them down and not only be good…but…BE GREAT!

Nick Koury

Nick Koury has grown up as an athlete with a family that instilled; the importance of being in shape and taking care of your body. This helped translate into his everyday life along with his unique training approach. He brings his passion, energy, and enthusiasm to every single client’s training session. Nick is determined in helping others achieve their goals which are felt by his clients in his attention to detail and his positive attitude. Making them feel they can do anything they want to accomplish is his ultimate personal goal!

Rob Sarno

After many years as a Crossfit athlete, coach and following Crossfit programming since 2006, it’s enabled me to coach and personal train clients for the last three years. I’ve competed in the Crossfit Open masters division competition two out of the last five years and each time placed in the top fifty out of over four thousand participants worldwide! Throughout that time I worked as a stockbroker on Wall Street but never lost my passion for physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I love fitness and I’ll show you how you can love it too!

Patricia Mercado

Patty aka “The Punisher” began her Fitness Journey at 15yrs old. Coming from a Family with a Fitness background, she has been active since childhood. She struggled with weight loss, bad eating habits and so much more just like anyone else. It wasn’t until she began serious training 3 years ago that she started to be consistent. Being in this industry now for a few years she sees the difference effective exercise can make in people’s lives. Patty devotes her time to preparing and delivering consistent, challenging and entertaining classes. With over 10 years of Kickboxing experience, NFPT and Kickboxing certified, plus a certification in STRONG by Zumba you can be sure that she will give you the motivation and skills you need to reach your goals.

Diana Henriquez

Diana’s interest in a healthy lifestyle came at an early age. She has always been a fitness enthusiast and involved in sports and school dance teams as a youth. Throughout the years; her love for fitness led her to explore and practice many exercise methods some of which included: yoga, biking, plyometrics, and pole dancing to name a few. She fell head over heels in love with pole dancing, and in 2014 she started instructing in her own studio in New City. Now both a pole dance instructor and certified personal trainer; she’s here to continue sharing her love of fitness and to be a source of motivation for all of her clients!
